At AyurCentra, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic wellness and personal care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of our wellness and personal care products, we only accept returns for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrectly delivered

  • Defective upon arrival

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
